OPERATIONS
Once in a quarter a meeting is organized in the HUB for all associates. The agenda of the meet would mainly focus on the growing demands of the market and the customized solutions. Our Logistics Management department is the core asset of our survival. This wing is equipped with able personnel who are well versed in mapping locations across the country. They take care in sorting the courier shipments booked and transported by covered vehicles from the origin. The sorted consignments are again packed in to bags marked for each location. The details of the consignments are listed and packed in the bag for reference.
Such packed consignments are transshipped to the location of choice by the mode chosen. At the destinations the bag is opened and the list is verified. Then the consignments bound for further travel are dispatched and the rest are sorted on local area wise and are sent out for delivery.
The documents of delivered consignments are collected from various locations served by the hub and are sent to origin after listing. This process is continuous and done round the clock. Operations is the only department that works round the clock in shifts.
This department also compiles and uploads the data for easy tracking of the shipment from origin to destination. The most crucial wing of the organization is ever on the toes to cross the extra lap for customer satisfaction.
