HUBS
Our network operates on a hub n spoke model. The Hubs are the most vital points of the network, the consignments pertaining to this HUB, reach in a cluster and later are sorted out. Each packet bound to a destination within the coverage limits transshipped to the locations where they are sent out for delivery.
Each HUB is equipped with seasoned personnel, in addition to own container fleet to transship the materials to the various locations. The hub has access to the Logistics application and updates the movement of the shipments received and dispatched.
All the persons who form the spokes report to the hubs on a regular basis and get the soft copy of consignments pertaining to their location on the mobile. Later after successful delivery the PODs are scanned by the mobile and transferred online for real time tracking.
Once in a quarter a meeting is organized in the HUB for all associates. The agenda of the meet would mainly focus on the growing demands of the market and the customized solutions.
